Azti-Tecnalia presents new alimentary concepts in Alimentary 2014

Azti-Tecnalia will present the next 2 April his new formulas of investigation of market to generate innovative solutions lists to be transferred to the industry and to the food distribution. The presentation will take place in the Living room HUB of the Fair Alimentary 2014 that celebrates in Barcelona of 31 March to 4 April. Through a demonstration will present prototypes and new concepts that collect proposals received through the community of observers and consumers. In a choral presentation, of a very visual way and interactive, will arrive to the necessary key appearances for the development of products that cover the current and future needs. It will have the participation of the director of alimentary investigation of Azti-Tecnalia, Leire Barañano; Matxalen Uriarte, coordinator of the area of New Foods; Sonia Riesco, manager of the Observatory of Tendencies and Innovation; and the cooks of the team of R&D of Azti-Mugaritz, Igor Cantabrana and Tatsuya Iwasaki.
