Madrid receives a day on prevention of intentional alimentary pollution

The term Food Defense, referred to those actions associated with the protection of possible terrorist or criminal activities of the supply of foods is extending in the last years to the alimentary industry through a preventive approach but of forced fulfillment. But, which tools can avoid that possible actions malintencionadas can affect to the alimentary installations?, which sensitive points owe to take into account?
On 24 April, Madrid will receive by second consecutive year a formative day in the Centre of investigation and study of the preferences of consumption, Consumolab, on prevention of intentional alimentary pollution. Experts of ainia technological centre, will form to directors, technicians and responsible of alimentary hygiene on those preventive measures that allow to the companies reduce the danger that the foods that produce in his installations are object of alteration malintencionada, criminal or terrorist.
How increase the hygiene of the industrial plants and of his personnel; what contemplate the norms; how identify the critical areas, know the controls of prevention and the measures to implant will be some thematic of interest that will tackle .
