Una vez separados los materiales valorizables a través de los procesos anteriormente descritos, la corriente resultante que queda tras atravesar los controles de calidad automáticos, se conduce por transportadores hacia un separador neumático, que separa fracciones pesadas de fracciones ligeras. La fracción ligera, aprovechable para CDR, se conduce hacia un triturador, que reduce el tamaño del residuo para ser considerador CDR que mediante cinta, se conduce el producto final para ser almacenado en troje. Previa a su trituración existe un óptico para retirar el PVC de esta fracción. La fracción pesada, considerada rechazo, se transporta mediante cintas hacia las prensas de rechazo.
