La fracción cribada < 50 mm, es recogida desde el fondo de los separadores balísticos respectivamente por cintas transportadoras), que vierten a cinta que conduce este material al módulo automático de bioestabilización/compostaje. Fracción rodante La fracción rodante es recogida por la parte inferior del tramo inclinado de los separadores balísticos y contiene la mayor parte de los envases plásticos. Esta cinta dispone de un punto de captación de plástico film, para eliminar impropios, mediante el sistema de aspiración. Después de separar film esta cinta dispone de un separador de férricos que lleva directamente este material a la prensa de férricos. El primer óptico de la cascada separa PET/no PET. La fracción no PET continua al primer canal del separador óptico de doble track, que separa PEAD. La fracción no PEAD se dirige al primer canal del tercer óptico, también de doble track que separa fracción CBA. La fracción no CBA se recircula al segundo canal del segundo separador óptico, para separar el PP. Fraction of over 80 mm and less than 200 mm The fraction of between 80 and 200 mm is collected by conveyor belts, which discharge it onto the ballistic separator. This separator classifies the material into three fractions: • Screened fraction, mainly composed of a fine inert fraction and organic matter. • Flat and light fraction, mainly composed of paper/board and plastic film. • Rolling fraction, mainly composed of plastics (PET, HDPE and mixed plastics) and metal food and beverage containers. The screened fraction of < 50 mm is collected from the bottom of the ballistic separators by conveyors, which discharge it onto a belt that carries it to the automatic biostabilisation/composting module. Rolling fraction The rolling fraction is collected from the bottom of the inclined ramp of the ballistic separators and contains most of the plastic containers. This fraction is collected by conveyors which deposit it directly onto the feed conveyors of the cascade of optical sorters. These conveyors feature a plastic film removal point, where this material is separated by means of a suctioning system. After the separation of plastic film, a magnetic separator removes ferrous metals from this conveyor and this material is sent directly to the ferrous metals baling press.
