También se crearán directrices adaptadas a cada país, con análisis de viabilidad, y se redactarán guías para afianzar la financiación de las inversiones en biometano Durante este proceso, estos documentos de visión estratégica y hoja de ruta serán puestos en común con el conjunto de los 7 países europeos que conforman REGATRACE. Posteriormente se transferirán los resultados al resto de países de la UE no participantes en el proyecto. Y al final de todo ello, los documentos de visión estratégica y hoja de ruta desarrollados para cada uno de los 15 países, se incluirán en un documento oficial del Consorcio Europeo, aprobado por la Asociación Europea de Biogás (EBA) y será presentado a la Comisión Europea. Adicionalmente, entre las iniciativas que desarrollará REGATRACE, destaca: • La creación de sistema europeo de Garantías de Origen de biometano y gases renovables. • Red de organismos nacionales emisores • Interfaces de comunicación entre el centro y los organismos emisores de Garantías de Origen nacionales participantes • Mesa de Comunicaciones para los usuarios del sistema • Procedimientos de licitación para el suministro de servicios informáticos del centro y de la plataforma comercial • La integración de las Garantías de Origen de distintas tecnologías de gases renovables con los sistemas de Garantías de Origen eléctricos y de hidrógeno. • Análisis de las Garantías de Origen de las diferentes tecnologías de gas renovable y del Desarrollo de los estándares de verificación • Coordinación entre los sistemas de certificación de Garantías de Origen para biometano/gas renovable, electricidad e hidrógeno • Integración de las estrategias sostenibles de transporte de materias primas y las sinergias tecnológicas • Evaluación del potencial cuantitativo estimado y la capacidad de producción competitiva para gases renovables en los países del proyecto • Desplazamiento de los flujos de desechos y residuos e identificación de zonas calientes • Guías para la certificación de gases renovables sostenibles • Transferencia de resultados más allá de los países del proyecto • Preparación de bases para el terreno para el desarrollo del mercado de biometano y sus registros nacionales en otros países: Croacia, Grecia, República Checa, Letonia, Ucrania, Eslovenia, Suecia,… The roadmaps and strategic visions will include recommendations for legislative changes, as well as actiions aimed at achieving the necessary development of production, trading and consumption. Specific guidelines adapted to each country will also be drawn up and these will include guidelines on the undertaking of a feasibility study. Guides to securing finance for biomethane investment will also be drafted. During the process, these strategic vision and roadmap documents will be shared by the 7 target countries of the REGATRACE project. Subsequently, the results will be transferred to the remaining non-participating EU countries. At the end of the process, the strategic vision and roadmap documents developed for each of the 15 countries will be included in an official European Consortium document, ratified by the EBA. This document will subsequently be submitted to the European Commission. The main initiatives to be undertaken by the REGATRACE project consortium include: • The creation of a European Guarantee of Origin system for biomethane and renewable gases. • Establishment of a network of national GoO issuing bodies • Establishment of communications interfaces between the hub and the national GoO issuing bodies of participating countries. • Establishment of a Communications Dashboard for system users • Definition of tender procedures for the supply of IT services to the hub and trading platform • Integration of GoO from different renewable gas technologies with electric and hydrogen GoO systems • Analysis of Guarantees of Origin from different renewable gas technologies and development of verification standards • Coordination between the electricity and renewable gas, and hydrogen GoO certification systems • Integrated assessment and sustainable feedstock mobilisation strategies and technology synergies • Assessment of quantitative potential and capacity for competitive renewable gas production in countries participating in the project • Mobilisation of waste and residue streams, and identification of hotspot regions • Guidelines on renewable gas sustainability certification • Transfer of results beyond countries participating in the project • Laying the foundations for the development of the biomethane market and national registries in other countries: Croatia, Greece, Czech Republic, Latvia, the Ukraine, Slovenia, Sweden… Bioenergía | Bioenergy
