The manufacturers of windows and of light faã§ades are dumping in the rehabilitation and in the internationalisation to face the crisis, as it has affirmed Pablo Martín Hernanz, director of the
Martín has realised these statements with reason of the celebration of the first edition of the International Week of the Construction organised by Ifema and that will develop of the 8 to 11 May, in the Fair of Madrid, and that will be starred by three fully consolidated contests in the calendar ferial of Madrid: Construtec, International Living room of the Construction; Veteco, International Living room of the Window and the Closing Glazed; and Stone, International Fair of the Natural Stone.
According to Martín, in front of a situation so apurada like which find us, the sector “is dumping in the rehabilitation, supported by the Plans Renove of windows, and by the internationalisation, looking for affordable external markets well by geographic or cultural vicinity, well by good perspectives of business”. Besides it affirms that, in parallel, it follows betting by “the investigation and the development of products of better provision to prescriptores and users”.
The director of Asefave affirms that the situation of crisis has sharpened in the first weeks of 2012 still more, if it fits. And it aims that the sector confronts to three big problems: “shortage of demand, nonexistence of credit to the companies and inhygiene in the payments”.
