Helps of 2,6 million euros for the integral rehabilitations of houses in Madrilenian neighbourhoods

According to published Asefaveon its website, Board of Governors chaired by the Mayor Ana Botella, has approved on July 15 this investment which will be multiannual and valid until 2015. Aid shall be granted to works commissioned both to improve the habitability of dwellings inside, to implement security, accessibility and sustainability of buildings.

Be achieved, depending on the income and circumstances of the beneficiary property, 35% of the budget protected up to a maximum of 10,000 euros per dwelling.

Of the total amount earmarked for this call, 430,000 euros will be for the area of rehabilitation of Lavapies, 650,000 to San Cristóbal de los Ángeles and 1.532.196 euros for the city of los Angeles. The beneficiaries of the aid shall be the owners, tenants and lease of dwellings located in one of the designated areas.
