It sees the light the new Plan Renove of windows of PVC of the Community of Madrid

The new Plan Renove of windows of PVC with maximum energetic efficiency contemplates incentives of until 110 euros by each m² of double acristalamiento of thermal sensors isolation reinforced (ATR) installed in windows of PVC and has like aim the economic reflation of this sector. This Plan has besides a new approach since it does not carry contribution of public funds, when substituting these by bottoms contributed by the own companies of the sector of the carpentry of PVC.

Is centred in windows whose thermal sensors transmittance (Or) of the gap was lower or the same to 1,5 W/m².K And double acristalamiento thermal sensors reinforced and with solar factor (g) equal or inferior to 0,50. The drawer of persiana will be of maximum provision with permeabilidad to the air class 4. The enclosures will be perimetrales so much of active leaf like passive, improving no only the thermal sensors and acoustic insulation but also the hygiene. It goes to realise a setting that fulfil the best standards of quality applying in 100% of the cases and in the quantity adapted the foams and sealed perimetrales pertinent (with a classification of profile for severe climate).

The Foundation of the Power of the Community of Madrid will be the organism controller and agent of the Plan, by what all the materials will be controlled by means of the presentation of certificates and corresponding essays, as well as a big number of supervisions in situ.

After the visit of the comitiva by the installations of PVC Madrid, in which it could see the process of manufacture of the enclosures of PVC, and after the signature of the agreement between the Foundation of the Power of the Community of Madrid and Asoven PVC, arrived the turn of the addresses, a round that initiated the president of Asoven PVC Julián Serradilla (see interview in this link).

As it indicated Serradilla, this new Plan answers to the every time greater sensitivity of the citizens in matter of energetic efficiency, reduction of broadcasts of CO₂ and acoustic and thermal sensors isolation.

This new initiative will look for to repeat the success of previous Plans Renove, like the developed in the period 2010-2011, that having some subsidies of 4,6 million euros generated activities by value of 22 million euros: 6.705 performances, 32.632 windows substituted and 43.082 m² of glass.

This new Plan will have an inferior contribution (2.062.500 euros) but will be centred exclusively in windows of PVC, unlike the previous that also contemplated wooden enclosures and aluminium.

As it indicated the president of Asoven PVC with this new initiative looks for boost the replacement of ancient windows or that do not fulfil with the requests of thermal sensors isolation and/or acoustic, by new versions of greater energetic efficiency, able to provide energetic savings of until 70%.

Treats of insulating solutions, hermetical, healthy, with a long useful life, recyclable, that contribute to the conservation of the environingingment and that favour the “saving of power, the confort of the homes and the welfare of the people”, concluded Serradilla.

During his intervention, the president of the Community of Madrid, Ignacio González, resaltó the bet that comes doing from does years this CC AA in matter of energetic efficiency, through the 14 Plans Renove that has coordinated from the year 2006 and until the year 2012 in different sectors (windows, boilers, elevators…) and that have supposed an upper investment to the 600 million euros (something more than 100 provided by the own Administration), have generated 9.000 employments, have originated near energetic savings to the 60 million euros and that have avoided the broadcast closely of 260.000 t of CO₂.

As it indicated González, these Plans are fundamental to the hour of dinamizar the sectors, favour the saving of power, improve the hygiene of the installations, contribute to the conservation of the environingingment and favour the creation and the maintenance of the employment.

The president of the Community of Madrid also congratulated during his intervention to the companies of the sector of the window of PVC by, in front of a situation of crisis that does very difficult that the public servicy have of the resources with which explained does some years, have taken the decision to follow incentivando they same this type of aims through the new Plan Renove “for the citizen invest in the renewal of windows can suppose an extraordinary return in shape of savings”, concluded González.
