Cheese of pasta prensada, elaborated mainly with sheep's milk. At present, also they elaborate with mixes of sheep's milk and cow and/or goat. His usual external appearance is of regular cylinder, of different sizes according to the weight, with flat faces and smooth perimeter or with marks of the cincho of esparto or pleita.
