Raúl Alley assumes the direction of the I International Week of the Construction

Raúl Alley assumes the direction of the I International Week of the Construction, that integrates three contests of long route and authentic references in his respective sectors: Veteco, International Living room of the Window and the Closing Glazed; Stone, International Fair of the Natural Stone; and Construtec, Living room of the Construction. An announcement that reinventa to if same and in which it imposes the concept that wants to print the new commercial team of “Fair to Measure” of the needs of his customers. The commercial meeting, organised by Ifema, will develop between the 8 and on 11 May 2012, in the Fair of Madrid.

Raúl Alley, with a wide path in Ifema, contributes his experience like commercial director of the International Fair of Tourism, Fitur, and the one of his go through the area of Development of Business. Besides, it directs from it does time Motortec Automechanika Iberian, International Fair of Components, Teams and Services for the Automotion; Fruit Atraction, Fair of the Sector of Fruits and Hortalizas and, more recently, has incorporated to his wallet of fairs the International Living room of Solutions for the Electrical and Electronic Industry, Matelec.

The International Week of the Construction is born to take advantage of the sinergias common of three living rooms, widely consolidated in his respective fields, with the end to contribute to dinamizar a particularly affected industry by a difficult economic context, as well as to support the internationalisation of the companies.

For this, the new commercial team wants to print a new course to the same, adapting to the needs of the customers. The aim is not another that configure a space of business the most profitable and profitable possible for companies and professional, adjusting the expectations of ones and others.

The International Week of the Construction offers to the companies an only occasion to multiply the opportunities of business, when can show his offer in a same stage and in little space of time to a big number of visitors, very qualified. A management that would result infinitely costlier in time and money by any another half traditional. On the other hand, the announcement contributes to create sectorial fortress, when providing an only umbrella to three sectors with common interests.

In the achievement of these aims, will follow five strategic lines:

- Provide an effective commercial tool to the industry of the Iberian Peninsula, of the most next countries, included the ones of the north of Africa and of other international markets of interest.

- Take advantage of the sinergias common of the three sectors represented, but conserving each one of the fairs his own identity.

- Fair to measure of the visitors, offering solutions to his particular needs.

- Equally, fair to measure of the aims of the expositor.

- Advice ferial: it trascends the mere function of sellers of square metres, to reinforce the paper of the organisation like adviser, that looks for the maximum return to each euro that the customers invest in the fair.

In fact, the organisation of the International Week of the Construction is implementing a series of measures, included interesting discounts, to guarantee that any company that wish to assist leave to do it on economic grounds. Like this, it has foreseen a discount of 10% by prompt payment (before 28 February 2012); 5% of reduction on the value of the floor canjeable by bonos consumption of services hired of the catalogue of services, through the Zone of Expositores; reinversión of 7% of the value of the floor of each company in nights of hotel and/or transport for the Spanish and foreign customers (percentage that does not discount of the program of invited national and international that has scheduled already the contest), and 15% of discount in the contracting of services in the Zone of Expositores.
