CONSTRUTEC 2006 has sold 95% of its surface
The pageant will be held at the Feria de Madrid from 9 to October 12
When still missing a few weeks for your celebration - from 9 to 12 October-, Construtec 2006, the Hall of the building, it has practically closed the recruitment of its ninth edition. In fact, has already sold 95% of its surface. This commercial success is applicable to all the specialized areas that have been added to the event: the Hall of the Interior architecture, Decotec; the monographic exhibition of precast concrete, and the monograph exhibition of wooden architecture. The meeting, organised by Ifema and with the collaboration of I.S.G. International Services Group, will take place in the fair of Madrid.
The pageant will occupy halls 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 of the Ifema trade fair site, which adds a total gross area of 75,000 m2. The initial estimate of 700 direct exhibitors will be distributed in that space. 34.8332M, 95% of the surface than at first thought that it would take up the fair have also have been recruited.
Also, the monographic room of wood in architecture, last section specializes in joining Construtec, has forecast of 80 companies, and has hired a net area of 3.221,5 m2, virtually the same - 3.525 m2 - that it was felt that it would be. Good expectations that is sparking this new Salon correspond with the growing importance that is becoming the wood in the construction and its upgrading as a constructive element, due to their excellent performance: good environmental performance, thanks to its low energy consumptionthat is natural, biodegradable, recyclable, a good insulator, is not toxic and contributes to setting the levels of CO2. Similarly, the impression is positive when assessing the total energy consumed in the construction of a House with said material or rates of air pollution and water.
Ultimately, Construtec configures a full commercial sample, of special interest to the broad collective of architects, surveyors, engineers of paths, channels and ports, industrial, builders, developers, engineers, wholesalers and distributors, decorators, installers, draughtsmen, administrators of estates, students of architecture...
