The exports of materials of construction will grow around 10% during 2013 and 2014

In the projections elaborated by the Confederation aims also to a growth in the number of houses initiated, that will finish this year in the surroundings of the 50.000 houses (44.000 in 2012) and that will elevate until the 80.000 in 2014.
Also expects an increase in the sale of new house, until reaching the 175.000 units this year and the 200.000 the next year. With this, expects finish the 2014 with a stock of new house in near Spain to the 435.000 units, in front of the 620.000 with that closed the 2012.
Also appreciates in this Report of Coyuntura a peak in the volume of works of rehabilitation: 28.000 works in 2012, 30.000 works in 2013 and 35.000 works in 2014.
“Do not hide that we have given a positive bias to the forecasts, but the reading of the data is what marks, still with all the risks of error. The possibility to fulfil the expectations, and with this, to generate stable employment and activity of quality, has to repercutir in the public politics of support to the sector, so much in what it can do in reform and rehabilitation, as in export of materials, as in the need of new house in different zones of Spain, like the need of new infrastructure and of maintenance of the existent”, signal from Cepco.
The fiscal returns and in employment of all this activity already are enciphered publicly:
- Reform and rehabilitation: 1 million of euros generates 56 employments (State Plan 2013-2016). 1.000 euros invested have 3.300 euros of fiscal return (330%) (State Plan House).
- Infrastructures: 1 million of euros generates 18 employments. The fiscal return is of 58%.
