Six Technological Institutes work of conjoint form in technologies of union

In front of the increasing interest of diverse industrial states and of the own Centres of Investigation by aunar efforts and realise jointly investigations and concrete developments, six Technological Institutes of the Valencian Community, specialised in footwear, wood, toy, ceramic, textile and construction, have formed the ‘Strategic Unit of Cooperation (UNiT): Technologies of union in sectors of high technological component'.

Said UNiT, led by Inescop, and that has the participation of other technology centres of the Community as Aiju, Aitex, Aidima, Aidico and ITC, pretends to settle the necessary infrastructure and realise jointly investigations and concrete developments on technologies of union in all his amplitude: adhesive, coatings, paintings, as well as new superficial treatments involved in said processes of union and can apply them in other markets.

The experience and knowledge, that these centres of investigation have in the field of the technologies of union, is what does them necessary to promote the diversification of the companies of adhesive, that in the actuality devote to traditional sectors manufactureros like the toy, the footwear, the piece of furniture, the ceramics, the textile and the construction. “What pursue is to endow to said companies of a big component of innovation, and head to them new niches of market with a high technological component, such as the one of the telecommunications, the renewable energies or the aeronautical sector component manufacturing sector component manufacturing”, ensure from the UNiT.

During the first year of life of the UNiT, has realised a study on the needs and/or tendencies in what to technologies of union refers in sectors with a wide technological component and all have coincided in that the sustainability, the productivity, the behaviour in service of the union, the hygiene and the functionality, are the main appearances to take into account to pose possible lines of future investigation”.

As a result of this study has llevar an exhaustive internal analysis, by means of interviews to expert technicians in the lines of investigation of the Technological Institutes involved, and have selected a total of 22 services to offer by the UNiT. In the next months, the Centres will present to Impiva the services that will offer and that have remained collected in the Strategic Plan of the UNiT, which will serve of base for the approach of new subjects of conjoint investigation on technologies of union in sectors with high technological component.
