The Congress And4R analyses the Certification of Energetic Efficiency of Existent Buildings

Fits to stand out that the rule on the certification of energetic efficiency of a building will force to that the existent buildings that are object of compraventa or of lease certify and that in this way the energetic efficiency was a parameter more to the hour of the purchase or rent of a house. In this sense, will be the owner of the complete building, house or local the manager to commission and conserve the certificate of energetic efficiency.

The round table, will have Luis Vega of the General Steering of architecture, House and Floor of the Ministry responsible for public works, Aitor Domínguez of the IDAE - Ministry of Industry, Paulo Santos of ADENE - Agency for the Power of Portugal and with Xavier Daniel of QUALITEL France. All they will comment how is the rule on the Certification of Energetic Efficiency of Existent Buildings that will go in in force in Spain in 2013 and how is applying in France and in Portugal, countries in which said normative was approved does several years.

Besides, Miguel Ángel Pascual Buisan of MIYABI and María Elisa Brown Alarcón of APPLUS, members of the equipment developers of the Tools for the Energetic Qualification of Existent Buildings, CE3 and CE3x, will expose the characteristics of these applications.
