Santiago de Compostela, headquarters of the XLVIII Symposium scientist of poultry WPSA-AECA

Of the 5 to 7 October, Santiago de Compostela will receive the XLVIII Scientific Symposium of Avicultura WPSA-AECA, that will centre in the quality of the product avícola. The meeting, organised by the Spanish Association of Science Avícola (AECA), will take place in the Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions of Galicia.
The symposium will centre in the quality of the products avícolas, from his origin until they arrive to the consumer, nutritional values, the animal welfare, the alimentary hygiene or the genetic improvements. In this sense, Galicia, the host community, reinforces his bet by the quality of the product avícola implementing practical in pro of the health and welfare of the animal. In the meeting will offer more than 20 reports and round tables in which they will participate international and national experts of reference and in which they will not be missing representatives of the university or of the business sector.
In the meeting will participate around 400 Spanish professionals and foreigners that
develop his activity in centres of investigation, pharmaceutical
laboratories, alimentary companies or of the sector avícola. The annual meetings of this organisation are reference forced for
the divulging in Spain of the advances of the science and the technician in
