PowerFlow: ventilation for a homogeneous climate
November 5, 2007
Thanks to a calculated tuning between the regulators of air, extraction of air, heating and eventually humidification or cooling inlet, Fancom very easily create extraordinary conditions for animals. The climate varies very slowly and gradually from the minimum to the maximum, without the temperature fluctuations which disturb the animal growth. The result is a homogeneous climate with identical growing conditions for all animals in the nave. And as a result, improved growth and an unknown high uniformity of the animals delivered.
How does PowerFlow?
During PowerFlow minimum ventilation ensures a precise ventilation to remove dust, humidity, CO2, and NH3 and supply oxygen-rich air. When the need for ventilation increases PowerFlow will gradually enabling fans to make out the heat produced by the animals. The gradual step prevents disruption of the flow of air. To achieve a greater cooling can regulate air tunnel in order to create a tunnel effect in which air flows at high speed in the form of cooling breeze on the animals. Also a continuously adjustable with cooling of floor cooling system perfectly fits the PowerFlow system.
PowerFlow regulates ventilation based on the weight of the animals and thus automatically adapts to your needs. The computer automatically calculates the ideal ventilation position so that you never air or heat up excessively.
PowerFlow ventilation system is suitable for all categories of animals and can be used throughout the world, as according to external environmental conditions you can choose between a model or another.
For cold climates
In cold areas is measured and continuously regulates the flow of air with the help of ATM units of Fancom. The patented measurement propellers are placed below deck fans and accurately measure the flow of air. Control valve regulates and adapting as needed for greater precision in the ventilation of the animals.
Windy area
In areas with a lot of wind, natural ventilation can ensure considerable energy savings. Minimum ventilation we see in this kind of ships with adjustable valves of intake and extraction fans, also a regulation with curtains on either side of the ship for natural ventilation. However, when it is too cold or too hot in the nave, PowerFlow changes to mechanical ventilation.
