The MAGRAMA concedes helps for the promotion of the women of the half rural by value of 457.000 euros

The beneficiarias of these helps are associations of women of the half rural, of state field, to realise destined projects to help to the women to create his own companies and to commercialise the products elaborated by the same, propiciando the advice for the exert of his professional activity.
These associations also will promote the access to the learning and information, facilitating his assistance to days, seminars, congresses and similar evento, that suppose a forum of exchange of knowledges and experiences.
The projects contemplate performances that look for to contribute to the creation of employment, the conciliation and the visibility of the rural woman, but also to the constitution of companies, assistance to days, forums and other acts that pursue the promotion, the learning of the woman in the half rural and the projection of alimentary products, among others subjects.

In the last year, the formative offer of COAG and Ceres arrived to more than 5.200 rural women, whereas in the years precedents to the crisis, (2007-2008), the formative demand moved around the 3.500 women. Between the most sued courses, transformation of foods, on-line sale and rural tourism, activities that confer greater value added to the agricultural production. “We want to be still in the agricultural sector and do sustainable ours activity in economic terms, social and environingingmental, but without renouncing to the equality of rights in the half rural. The crisis does not have to serve like excuse to retreat in subjects so important like the law of Titularity shared of the agricultural exploitations, paralysed in these moments by the cuts in social services and rural development. In the rural zones, the “i” of innovation only supposes real advances for the women when it goes accompanied of the “i” of equality. Basic questions like the conciliation of the labour and familiar life, earn special importance in a half masculinizado and in which the services asistenciales are precarious”, ensured.
