Fimma-Maderalia Concerns by the design, the new materials and the network

Fimma-Maderalia Has bet, in his opening day (25 October), for approaching to the world of the design and the interiorismo the offer renewed of the providers of the auxiliary industry of the piece of furniture, the wood and the rehabilitation. ‘The creativity and the business around the design and the architecture' is the lemma of the day sponsored by Group Porcelanosa, System-Pool, Krion, Ilva and Habic. It opens it, in videoconference from the United States, James Patten (of Patten Studio), an exinvestigador of the MIT Half Lab (Technological Institute of Massachussetts), recognised/recognized by his designs of interfaces and like specialist in works that combine the interaction between the design, the technology and the visual arts.

This first meeting explains also with: Jordi Castel, of the Study Castel Veciana —with works for Inditex, Ralph Lauren, Versace or Pertegaz— Inma Bermúdez, only Spanish designer that works for Ikea; the architect Jordi Tió, manager of the hotel House Camper of Barcelona and of his homologous in Berlin; and Quim Larrea, architect, designer and journalist, Reward City of Barcelona.

*Fimma Has 70% of foreign signatures, represented by his almacenistas Spanish.
*In Maderalia, the majority of signatures expositoras belong to the sector of herrajes. Of these, the half are foreign. Of the rest of sectors represented (chemical products, new materials, carpentry of the construction, finished of surface) 20% are of out of Spain.

Fair of Valency opens in this occasion to new materials that conviven with the wood in pieces of furniture and objects, like the glass or the composites, between many others. The signature System-Pool (Group Porcelanosa) presents in the fair a new material, designated Krion, that characterises/characterizes by his good behaviour/behavior in front of the fire, resistance to the intemperie and apt for new methods of transformation in three-dimensional moulds. It is an useful material like revestimiento for horizontal applications —mostradores, tables, encimeras…— that it can use in urban furniture, swimming pools, bathrooms, medical equipment, nautical and ventilated façades, between other applications.

On the other hand, the company Barberán presents a line of finishing of high shine or matt deep to roller for signposts of agglomerate and MDF recubiertos with melanin. In this finishing, the newest is the utilisation/utilization of the product HotCoating, of the German company Kleiberit, that does of ‘bridge adherente' and ‘bottom' at the same time.

‘Runway synthesis', is a parallel activity of Fimma-Maderalia consecrated to the tendencies in floors and technical boards. On the other hand, in the space ‘YOU&MA' expose the tendencies and materials for the reform, rehabilitation and contract. The initiative has had the collaboration of the School of Designers of Interior of the Valencian Community.

Fimma Has enabled also a cell robotizada to show the work of robots applied to the manufacture of furniture kit (auxiliary pieces of furniture, of automontaje, etc.)

+That Wood

The one who precedes is the name of a new sector of exhibition. Inside his own stand the manufacturer of machinery for wood can show machines designed for the work of other products whose main prime matter is not the wood, but the steel, aluminium/aluminum, marble, glass, plastics, carbon, composites, fibre/fiber of glass or PVC, amongst other. Initiatives like this pretend to give global solutions to architects and designers of interior, amongst other professional, that work with the wood in combination with other materials.

More imagination

Think and dream in wood is what the fair proposes to the participants in the contest ‘Curiosities in wood'. The contest invites to the participants to that they present interesting works, innovative designs or rarities, with a Smartphone like reward. The contest develops through the social networks, where the participants can go up photographies, videos, etc. All the material presented will be public in Facebook of Fimma-Maderalia, where those that followers will be able to issue his votes.

On 26 October is the day in that directors of the big companies of the cyberspace gather in the day ‘How sell more using the new technologies'. The meeting takes place in the Centre/Center of Events of Fair of Valencia and has the following speakers: Olga SanJacinto, director of the division Google in Spain and commercial of Facebook Spain; Héctor Sánchez, director of technology in Microsoft; Icarus Moyano, director of communication of BuyVip (Amazon); and Ángel Sagredo, director of Sales of Entreprise Marketing Management and eCommerce of IBM.

How increase the sales using Internet; which advantages offer the social networks for the SMEs; how implement the on-line sale; or how build a campaign of advertising in the social means. Clear doubts around these subjects is the aim of this meeting of specialists of the network.
