Aserma organizes 'Logistics, preparation and supply of biomass for energy uses'

The
Spanish Association of wood recuperators, Aserma, is finalizing the details of the fifth day 'Logistics, preparation and supply of biomass for energy uses', which will be held for the first time in a fair, specifically, within the framework of the Egética-Expoenergética on 26 November at the Feria Valencia.
For this Fifth Edition, Aserma counts with the support of the Ministry of industry, tourism and trade and for the third time, with the Spanish Institute of foreign trade, Icex. The Spanish Confederation of entrepreneurs of wood, Confemadera, and the Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación, Aenor also collaborate.
The energy use of wood in Northern Europe will be close to the 5th day 'Logistics, preparation and supply of biomass for energy uses'.
The intervention of three European speakers from countries such as France, Denmark and Finland is scheduled for the Conference room papers. By the neighbouring country, an expert will speak on the ' management of forest biomass in France. Current situation and future ', a Danish rapporteur on 'Energy use of wood in Denmark' and, finally, a Finnish expert on the ' wood in Europe: classification, properties and practices '.
As for the Spanish speakers, is confirmed the participation of Antonio Canseco, of the Institute for energy saving and diversification, with the paper 'Energy commodity versus biomass market'; Daniel Massó, Aenor, to bring attendees the need and importance of standardisation; and Teresa Barrés, of the General Directorate of environmental quality of the Ministerio de Medio Ambiente; to comment on ' the new strategy on waste in the European Union: energy recovery and environment '.
