Fimma-Maderalia signed a collaboration agreement with Afemma

Feria Valencia and the Association of Spanish manufacturers of machinery, tools, equipment and products for the wood, Afemma, have signed an agreement whereby both institutions will together in the management and development of the pageants fimma-maderalia, two rooms whose 34th Edition will take place this year, from 3 to November 6 in the Valencia trade fair grounds.

With this initiative, the management of machinery for wood reveals your bet by the two trade fairs and, in particular Fimma, with strong commitment to support any initiative that will help to foster the knowledge of the fair in foreign markets. In this regard, and with the support of the Spanish Institute of foreign trade (Icex), Afemma has launched a trade mission in reverse of the major importers and industry professionals from around the world to the fair.

The signing of the Convention was held coinciding with the celebration of the ordinary General Assembly of Afemma facilities of Feria Valencia, an act which provided a framework for the delivery of the badge of honour of the Valencian institution to Jose Manuel Menoyo, Secretary general of the employers. Carlos de Vargas, director general of the Valencia trade fair institution, was in charge of imposing the Menoyo award, in recognition of his long career at the forefront of Afemma, as a member of the Organizing Committee of Fimma, for more than 20 years, and by his extensive professional experience in the Spanish sector of machinery for wood.
