Lemken Optiquick
Plows: they can work at any depth, without lateral forces
A precise adjustment of ploughing is an important factor to minimize material wear and reduce fuel consumption. That is why what Lemken has developed Optiquick, its own system of adjustment. Optiquick allows an easy and efficient adjustment of the width of Groove, and the drag line tractor-arado, independent one from the other. As a result, saving time and money.
-The plough is perfectly adjusted if throw tractor line / plough, in this case the line between Z and PZ, passes through the Centre of the rear axle of the tractor M. Z is the point where the imaginary extensions of the arms of the tractor, and PZ is the center of the plow.
-Firstly, the front furrow width is adjusted. This is done by an external adjuster. Drag tractor/plow line is not yet ideal, so the line goes into Z and PZ does not pass through the Centre of the rear axle of the tractor. The plough will push to the tractor to one side.
-Lateral forces are eliminated thanks to the use of internal tensors, even line drag tractor / plow across the rear axle of the tractor M. point The front furrow width remains the same, despite the correctness of the dragger.
-Once the adjustment has been made, Vari models made it automatically, regardless of the working width.
