Machinery for laminación: of plates of plaster
The machines that manufactures Barberán for laminar and posformar wooden panels, MDF or agglomerated can be also adapted to work with materials like plates or panels of plaster, used mostly in the sector of the construction and decoration of interiors. Between the last machines delivered appears a destined to the laminación and posformado of folio of paper or PVC in coil on plates or panels of plaster recubiertos previously with paper.
In the zone of entrance of the machine are placed two groups of milling to outline both singings of the signpost, a group of cleaning with brushes and a zone of lamps GO for the precalentamiento of the signpost before the application.
The unit of application consists of a desbobinador of folio, a cabezal aplicador of tail of PVAc to the folio with roller aplicador of rubber and roller dosificador; two rollers of pressesing for laminar the folio on the surface of the signpost and a device of bobinado manual for the surplus of initial folio. The system is provisto also of a device of rotary presses cut, that effects the separation between a signpost and another. So much the transport of chain of swearwords of rubber like the wheels of moldeo in the zone of posformado, adapt to the different widths by means of a symmetrical opening system motorised.
