Lemken Rubin 12
Fast terracings disks: they allow a laboreo of until 20 cm
With the concept of the Rubin 12, Lemken enters a terracing of fast disks that allows the laboreo deeper until a depth of 20 cm. The positioning of the disks and the form of the beam have optimised . For the models suspended, also exists a concept of wheel of support.
Two rows of toothed concave disks with a diameter of 736 mm allow to the Rubin 12 work the same of deep that a cultivador type Karat, but mix and desterrona with greater intensity in the process. The symmetrical disposal of the disks in each row allows to work without lateral traction, even to high speeds of driving. The angle of the disks of 20° for the floor and the position bent to the steering of trip by 16° provides an optimum penetration and allows the laboreo in all the width of work.
Because of the speed of greater advance with a lower slide in comparison with the tillers of labranza vertical, the Rubin 12 of Lemken is able to provide a higher performance by surface with lower consumption of fuel. A terracing of impact behind the first row of disks offers a mix and crumbled intensive, whereas a rastra niveladora behind the second row guarantees an optimum distribution of the floor and a nivelación perfect. Both terracings have a centre of adjust of depth with an innovative mechanism of automatic closing, so that it does not require any device of blockade.
