The OIV marks the standards for the regulation of the wines desalcoholizados

In concrete, two of them regulate the processes of manufacturing: correction of the alcoholic degree of the wine and desalcoholización of the wine. Whereas the others two affect to the definitions of the resultant products: pertinent beverages of desalcoholización of wine and pertinent beverages of desalcoholización partial of wine.
Is necessary to stand out that the resolutions approved in the frame of this Organisation turn into international reference and constitute the base of the European legislation in this field.

Likewise, in the frame of this assembly has carried out the election of the new president of the Commission of Viticulture that has recaído in Vicente Sotés Ruiz, Chair of Viticulture of the Polytechnical University of Madrid. This election has particular importance, since it keeps the presence of our country to high level in this institution of reference in the scientific field-technical.
