Europlast introduced the offer of nearly 500 exhibitors

EnParís, between 31 May and on 4 June

Of 31 May to 4 June celebrated in Paris the fair Europlast, surpassed the problems that marked the celebration of the previous edition and that carried to a lot of suppliers of equipment to not participating in the same. This time has been different, although the strike of urban transports of the Parisian region avoided the arrival of a lot of visitors. In spite of everything, the visitors sacked with a good flavour of mouth, seen the advances that showed in the first big fair that has taken place after the K of Düsseldorf.

. The fair gathered in five sectors and 25.000 m² all the activities of the area of the plastics, the rubber and the compound materials:

• manufacture of raw materials
• transformers of plastic
• production of machinery and equipment: injection, extrusion and foamed. For the first time, besides, they were the main manufacturers of blowing machinery. The rubber had a specific sector.
• mould manufacturing
• control, measures, proofs, services headed to the industry.

Given the recent celebration of the K of Düsseldorf, can not say that they saw big novelties, but no thus the products that exposed left to have interest. To continuation review in brief some of them.

Netstal, two interesting pieces: The Swiss signature Netstal presented a complete system of production, that includes a machine of injection model Synergy 2C 1200-230/110 and a mould of 2+2 cavities of the moldista Foboha. In them it produced glasses that combined a flexible component (thermoplastic elastomer) and a rigid component (polipropileno), of distinct colours. Apart from his multiple advantages, the models Synergy 2C distinguish by the advantage that supposes that his two groups of injection are instrumented of series with the autorregulación of process Sycap, what together with the hydraulics with accumulator, allows them realise overlapped movements during the process.

Likewise, in his stand could see a team for caps for bottle of mineral water in a Synergy 2400, with a time of approximate cycle of 6 seconds. The company Novembal, customer of Netstal, contributed the mould, manufactured by Plastisud (France).

Mir: international vocation: The co-injection and co-patterned were two of the protagonists in the stand of Mir, represented in Spain by Imvolca. They are solutions used especially by the industry of the car and appliances, very valued because they allow to reduce costs using different materials, for example, virgin and recycled (see article in this regard in this same number of the magazine).

The another technology that stood out was the one of the Compact/Ecologica, that represents the synthesis of two technological specialitys. By a part, the possibility of moldear big pieces with a compact team. By another, the capacity to reduce the consumption of power, water and oil in more than 70%. For putting an example, a Compact/Ecologica of 2.000 T with a cycle of 60 s, with a production of 7 kg, has a consumption of power of 92 kW/h, in front of the 157 kW/h of an inyectora conventional.

One of the last novelties of Mir is the machine without columns, with a unit of hydraulics closing, two structures ‘C' and two columns positioned in a strategic place to offer an easy access to the zone of moldeo.

Hesta: machines of blown: Hesta (represented by Centrotécnica), specialist in the manufacture of machines and complete systems for the blown of pieces between 0,5 and 5 Ltrs. It showed to all the interested the last novelties in blown of pieces of high precision. In front of the big demand of equipment of the French market in sectors so demanding like the one of cosmetics and pharmaceutical medical – line, Hesta exposed a sopladora model HM 503 instrumented with cabezal of double parisón for PE, distance between centres 100 mm; for the production of containers of 500 ml.

The trituradores Goliath of Moditec: Moditec (represented by Centrotécnica) presented the last novelties in his line of trituradores Goliath, that characterise by his operation to low revolutions and high pair; especially indicated for the recovery of technical and hard materials, like the ABS, PA, PC, PVC and loaded. His current range of trituradores has seen expanded with new models to cover all the applications of the market.

Novelties in extrusion, presented by P.R.T: The Italian signature PRT, represented in Spain by Centrotécnica is an important manufacturer of complete lines for the recycled of plastic matters by extrusion. It showed the equipment of cut in cabezal DFC 300 H and changes automatic filters autolimpiante CRA-120, that suppose a big innovation in the sector of the recycled of plastics and allow big improvements regarding production and profitability in this type of processes.
