TSA and Gala allow free testing at your facility

TSA Industriale s.a.s., represented by Centrotécnica, S.A., has recently introduced two lab extrusion lines based on the double extruders 21 to 26 mm. corrotantes spindle for the coloring, sampling and small production of masterbatches, compound, thermostable paints, concentrated pharmacists, etc. Today it has already sold 40 lines worldwide in clients such as Clariant, Hoechst, Viba, Americhem Inc., Morton-Pulveriac or Eurand International.

The range of the lines of 21 mm. EM, EC, EP, and EF is based on an extruder of double screw corrotante de mesa-powered brushless from 3 kW to 600 rpm (1,5 to 300 rpm for the extruder pharmaceutical) with capacities of up to 10 Kg/h. TSA also builds and provides all assistants needed for a complete line as fillers spindle or vibration, liquid injection systems, systems for vacuum, lateral feeder design and double spindle, cutters, system of control by microprocessor, etc.

TSA21 lines are used for the coloring of masterbatches, the realization of coloured samples or compounds, the coloring of powder paints and the realization of concentrated pharmaceutical samples.

The experience of the TSA in setting up the spindles of the extruders, staff helps these small lines, playing the same quality in the products of production. The minimum amount to make a TSA21 online proof is 300 GRS.

On the occasion of the K�, TSA introduced the new line of extruders double spindle EMP/ECP26 of 26 mm. to high torque/high turns with systems accionamiento-motor of 9 kW and a speed of 600 rpm or 15 kW to 1000 rpm axes. ideal both for research and development and the realization of samples.

Many options for the client

Productions high (up to 50 Kg/h) can be obtained with this new extruder and quality thanks to the combination of the volume free the spindles and the high torque/high turns provided by brushless DC motor/drive system. This extruder, TSA constructed and provides all assistants needed for a complete line as fillers to spindle or vibration, liquid injection systems, systems for vacuum, side feeders design and double spindle saws, system control via computer, etc. There is also the possibility of providing lines to court under water supplied by the firm Gala.

For both lines 21 and 26 mm, the cylinder of extruder is available in length 20, 30, 35 and 40: 1 l/D with possibility of lateral feeding, injections of fluids, desgasificaciones, etc. The body of the cylinder edging in the form of book is steel carbon with interchangeable length l/D 10: 1 in wear-resistant steel (inset in the area of food is l/D 5: 1 in the case of total l/D 35: 1) extruder is electrically heated by battleships and cooled by water cartridges. Both the elements of the spindles and cylinder inserts are hardened special steel which ensures a high resistance to wear.
