The Routes of the Wine of Spain culminate his pilot project of sustainability

From finals of the year 2009, the 21 routes that form part of the club of product Routes of the Wine of Spain, of the Spanish Association of Cities of the Wine (Acevin) have developed a project funded by the MARM that pursues to change the form to manage the destination enoturístico, applying the principles of the social responsibility and the sustainability to the territorial field, socioeconomic and cultural of his Routes of the Wine. The project affects 14 communities, 27 provinces and 448 municipalities, with a population of 2,87 million inhabitants and some 2.000 companies agroalimentarias, tourist and of complementary services.
During the two years of length of the project, have realised/realized between other performances that include actions of sensitisation/sensitization and recognition (through more than 80 days, seminars and workshops on RSC, sustainability and quality with the participation of around 1.500 people); and it has established the Prize to the best Territory Enoturístico Socially Responsible (TESR) that, in his first edition, has recaído in the Route of the Wine of Navarra, and the Prize to the Innovation, Quality and Sustainable Development for companies, that recognises/recognizes to the Palace of Canedo of the Route of the Wine of The Bierzo like winner.
Likewise, has elaborated the conceptual frame, the letter of the enoturismo sustainable and responsible and the operative manual of management of a TESR and, finally, have carried out actions of adaptation-training that include plans of training for companies, workers and agents of the territory elaborated. In total, have given more than 120 formative actions with the participation of around 1.400 workers of companies enoturísticas.
