Six Case IH products earn an AE50 award

For two decades, AE50 Awards, organized by Aknoweth (American Society of agricultural and biological engineering), have been annually recognized the best innovations in agricultural, food and biological systems. The awards jury review all nominations and select products and systems that can save time, money and effort to the producers and, at the same time, improve the safety of the operator.
In 2008, six Case ih products have been awarded with the prize: 485 Steiger tractor, which incorporates engine with turbocharger composite technology to reduce fuel consumption; the implement of vertical tillage True Tandem 330 Turbo, which manages of crop residues and also levels the field to prepare the sowing bed; the cutting for corn series 2600 head, which cut the stalks of corn to manage waste during collection; the picador on straw MagnaCut, adapting the performance of court in any condition; the rings pressurized, allowing the use of thin tubes for the conveyance of fluids by reducing costs and increasing the flow, and the rotor ST for rice from the rice Axial-Flow combines, which increases productivity up to 25 percent.
