Isve Tritotutto crushing system
It's a harrowing with a great camera for crushing, 2 major axes equipped with rotating cutting knives and other 2 axes, with claws that catch the piece and her target of cutting blades. In this first process, the piece is easily caught and cut into large pieces; even in the case of large hollow bodies, large injected parts and cakes (feeders) of material from the purge of the injectors. These pieces fall directly in a mill, installed at the base of the Ripper; that transform these pieces in a regular crushed, that can be reused directly on machine. This whole process is carried out continuously on the same computer, which is home to both types of Crusher; including its soundproofed structure fan of pneumatic transport; that sends the shredded material to a cyclone of download to fill a big bag.
Quick and easy way, the body of the Tritotutto opens, for cleaning and maintenance, being able to extract the complete mill in a few seconds; to be this anchored to the Ripper with a few quick connectors and mounted on wheels. Extracting the mill, the Ripper can be used, if desired, to crush other kinds of parts and materials, if you want only to reduce its volume. There are 3 different Tritotutto models, depending on the needs, with Chamber of grinding up to 1000 x 800 mm and a production of up to 1,000 Kg/h.
The Tritottuto occupies a space smaller than a large mill, the conventional type, installed in much lower power, maintenance easier, faster and more economical; you don't need a moat or specific room sound insulation, now that the generated sound volume is reduced, and a wide range of accessories allows to configure it for every need, with the adoption of detectors and separators from metals, ribbons of food, pneumatic transport systems, special material anti-corrosion, grids of different step, etc.
