Valtra appoints Jari Rautjärvi as Executive Vice President for the EAME region

Jari Rautjärvi has been appointed Executive Vice President of Valtra to AGCO in the EAME region. Based between the factory of Valtra in Suolahti (Finland) and the new European headquarters of AGCO in Schaffhausen (Switzerland), Rautjärvi is responsible for the management and development of the Valtra in Europe, Africa and Middle East operations.

Rautjärvi, degree in business administration from the University of Jyväskylä, has extensive international experience within Valtra. He joined Valtra in 1994 as financial controller. Between 1999 and 2003, he led the team of Finance of South America, being director financial and Deputy to the director-general of Valtra do Brazil. In 2004, he returned to Finland as director of systems for Valtra EAME and his most recent appointment was as director of marketing for Valtra in the EAME region.
