Treatments against the Red Palm Weevil: the company provides various treatments
The Red Palm Weevil primarily affects the palms, comes from Southeast Asia and Polynesia, and was detected for the first time in Spain at Valencia in 2004. Since then it seems to have spread along the Mediterranean coast.

-EndoTherapy: Injections of insecticide on the trunk of the Palm tree to combat the plague.
-Biological control: it is the most widely used, is the use of parasites for weevil control regardless of the State in which the plague is located. There are currently formulated commercial a starting from the entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema carpocapsae and Chitosan (a derivative of chitin). This product applies to control of weevil both preventively as curative.
