The stabilisation tártrica of wines by means of membranes has been developed jointly by the INRA and the Eurodia Industrie.

It realises a specific proof by means of the Stabilab, that allows a fast and easy assessment of the extraction equipment equipment of tartratos of potassium and of necessary calcium to obtain total guarantee of stability. So that it specifies , for each wine, his level of treatment.

The procedure is safe (conservation of the potential organoléptico), fast (treatment in continuous), precise (automatic regulation of the treatment, specific extraction equipment equipment), effective (100 % of stability, without complementary treatments, any adictivo chemical, calcic stability and potásica) and economic (without mermas, without refrigeration and without presence of personnel).
