With Delta Vistalys the selection of berries of grape are selected by a camera in colour. The continuous analysis of the images allows to the user graduate the selection with extreme precision, in function of his aims and of the initial quality of the vintage. The user has the freedom to preserve exclusively the healthy and whole berries, or to conserve also berries crushed or even berries with a piece of escobajo. Delta Vistalys can reach a discharge of until 10 t/h.
