The process Memstar AA uses the technology of the ósmosis reverse and a contactor of membranes, especially designed, that allows a selective extraction equipment equipment of the alcohol preserving the structure of the wine treated as also his potential organoléptico. This extraction equipment equipment of alcohol realises by means of 2 procedures procedures of successive membranes that allow a perfect separation of the wine treated and of the water that collects the alcohol. This process does not involve any type of addition of water in the wine treated neither uses any type of distillation or takes that it allows to obtain compact installations, easy to displace and with a reduced consumption of power.
