FIVIN, Foundation for the wine research and nutrition, since its creation in 1992 orients its activities to assess the possible protective effects of moderate consumption of wine in our organism and on human health from a medical point of view.
Therefore it performs a continuous work of research and compilation on wine and health, under the supervision of a Scientific Committee consisting of physicians, technicians in the health and nutrition of recognized prestige national and international.
