The president of the World-wide Council of the Water, Loïc Fauchon, will chair the IV International Meeting of Experts in water of Saragossa

The meeting which will be opened by the Director of environment, Alfredo Boné, will turn on lathe to the ' water management and climate change: facing the uncertainties ', according to Rafael Izquierdo, director of the IAA, "is the first time that a technical image of these features specifically addresses the impacts of possible climate change management" "of the water". Similarly, Izquierdo said that "scientific forecasts on how will affect climate change and its consequences with regard to patterns of precipitation and flow rate of water, such as river basins, is surrounded by uncertainty".
The program will begin with a meeting that will address the impact of climate change on water resources from a global standpoint, with interventions by leading international experts, including Loïc Fauchon. The programme will also focus on international experiences in hydrological planning with regard to climate change such as Singapore, Netherlands, Mexico, Sweden and India, among others.
