Molecor Constitutes a conjoint society in Malaysia

The Spanish company Molecor technology SL, skilled company in technology and manufacture of pipes of PVC-Oriented (PVC-Or), has announced the signature of a Statement of Intentions with Fitters Diversified Berhad to invest in the creation of Molecor (WAS) Sdn Bhd, like part of the strategy of international expansion of the Spanish signature. In this way, the technology of molecular orientation of Molecor, patented to world-wide and present level in the five continents, goes in in the key markets of Malaysia and Asia Sudoriental, of the hand of a signature with 30 years of experience in this region.

Fitters Constituted in Malaysia on 18 January 1986 and figure in the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities. The main activities of Fitters are the investment and the trade of materials of hygiene against fires, equipment and systems of prevention of fires. The company reported a strong increase of the net profit, +111% in 2013, what motivates him to launch his new line of business exclusively using the technology of molecular orientation of Molecor. This bet concretiza with the creation of the company Molecor (WAS) Sdn Bhd, of which Fitters is the main shareholder.
