Standard Hydraulics presents new groups of recirculation with condensation for biomass

The steam of water that contain the smokes of said boilers, when condensing, form incrustaciones of tar in the metallic surfaces of the installation, causing corrosion, a reduction of the efficiency calorífica and when being flammable, are a possible cause of fire in the chimney.

To avoid these problems of corrosion or dangerous fires of the tubes of the chimney, the new groups of circulation of Standard Hydraulics for biomass, are designed for his use in systems fed with woody solid fuels, that work to high temperatures with water like fluent caloportador. These groups control very well the initial stages of the boiler, improving the thermal sensors efficiency and the hygiene of the diverse elements. Easy setting, fast and sure.

The valve anticondensación with control termostático, optimises the connection of the generator of solid fuel for the system of heating or of the deposit of inertia (accumulator), adjusting automatically the temperature of the water of return to the generator, in the value consigned of the thermostat. The valve keeps the generator of heat to a high temperature (always greater that the temperature of condensation) in any condition of work, protecting so much the deposit of the boiler, like the pipe of the chimney, improving like this the efficiency and the life of the same.
