The suction adapters stainless allow the realisation of connections in environingingments and conditions where the suction adapters of brass are incompatible. They use particularly in environingingments corrosivos, with aggressive fluids and in general in the chemical and alimentary industry.
The realisation of these suction adapters in Aisi 316L associated to the employment of a board of vitón achieves an extraordinary solution in situations of extreme temperatures.
The tubes advised of utilisation are the ones of polifluoruro of vinyl (PVDF), teflón, and tube of stainless steel.
The tolerances of the tubes are of ±0,05 mm until diameter 10 and ±0,1 of diameter 10 and 12. The pressesure of work is of 15 bar. The temperature that resists is of -20 °C to +150 °C. The materials of construction are body and ring extractor of inox Aisi 316L. The pinza of stick in inox Aisi 301. The ring of closing in inox Aisi 316 L. The ring of subjection of the pinza in inox Aisi 316L, and the board in vitón.
