BMS Nitraloy 135M
Spindles: 65 To 69 HRc on surface hardness
The majority of all screws are manufactured from chrome HT (AISI 4041), steel alloy steel nitriding or stainless steel. They are also available special corrosion-resistant alloys.
Nitraloy 135M:-Nitraloy 135 mm is used on spindles with a diameter greater than 70 mm for all matters charged as a PA, PP and PE.
-Moliodeno of chrome aluminium steel alloy.
-65 To 69 HRc on surface hardness.
-It can be used in more abrasive than the 4140 applications.
-Can nitrurizarse for better toughness.
-Use: with or without (compatible with alloy cylinder) surface treatment.
If only nitrided, it has a long service life with all the materials loaded with organic color pigments.
In bimetallic: you have excellent protection from the top of the fillets and is resistant to substances loaded up to 15% glass fibre.
