The line is composed by cradle of load with traslación motorised and 12.000 kg of capacity; devanadora of a mandrino motorised hidráulicamente; arm presor hydraulics instrumented with motorised wheel; game of cones for the lateral containment of the coil; hydraulics accessories of introduction; hydraulics cutting cutting shears of despuntado; group of welding to splice the start and the end of the band; group enderezador-feeder with 4 rollers of traction, 8 of enderezado and 52 contrarodillos; opening hydraulics device of the rollers so that they can act the centradores of the troquel; motorised device for the regulation of the height; group of lubrication of the band.
