Hotmelt machine: coating and coupling
Calenders for hot-melt coating and coupling provides direct employment of polymers thermoplastic (in granules) and also reagents (canned).
The series of Ironers Mod. 908 is the result of all the matured experience of the Monti Antonio company in sectors like film/web and the Thermo coupling stamping and is based on a remarkable flexibility and versatility.
The polymer melt, melted by an extruder/fuser, is applied directly to a support with cylinder engraved or smooth distribution. Later in case of coupling the second bracket is applied first and out of them they are cooled thanks to a cylinder connected to the chiller installation.
