The electronic feeders of rollers are compact construction and simplify the installation in any type of presses. They are of robust structure perimetral that protect in the interior the organs in movement.
They have of group engine “Brushless” encoder, plate of adaptation with regulator of the vertical position by husillo to facilitate the alineación and rollers guides for the alineación horizontal in entrance.
Besides, the pressesure of contact is by fine regulation and integrates system of control to enclosed circuit, with programmable automaton incorporated. They have port RS 232 for connection to PC-parametrisation, diagnostic and visualisation of entrances, exits, speed and number of pieces. The signpost of visualisation and control is with pulsantes and screen to 4 lines of 20 characters. They integrate 99 programs with memorisation of the step, speed and number of pieces by batch. The programmable step is of between 0,1 and 99999,9 mm and the selectable precision between 0,05 and 9,9 mm. The operation with presses can be in continuous or hit to hit.
