Eccentric presses: with frame of neck of swan
The eccentric presses model T-45 TV CE of Mios, distributed by Carboneras International, S.L., it has frame of neck of swan, transversal axis, embrague-brake of accionamiento electroneumático and barriers of protection according to norms CE.
Between his main characteristics fits to stand out his strength of 450 kN, and that realises 140 hits/min. The career regulable is of 10 to 80 mm, the dimensions of the base of the sliding are 460 x 300 mm and the regulation of the sliding is of 70 mm. The dimensions of the table are of 750 x 440 mm. The diameter of the hole of the table is of 140 mm, whereas the step between totals is of 270 mm and the diameter of the hole portatroqueles in sliding is of 45 mm. The distance between table and sliding is of 370 mm, with a depth of the neck of swan of 220 mm. The power of his engine is of 4 kW and has an approximate weight of 3.100 kg.
The frame is rigid and is built in steel soldered and stabilised before the mechanisation in electrical oven.
The mechanisation realises by means of machines of numerical control of last generation. The sliding is of steel soldered, with six guides, with a planned base for the recovery of oil, and instrumented with extractor mechanical.
The safe of overloads is hydraulics, with rearm semi-automatic. The biela is built in steel aleado and extensively dimensionada. The embrague-brake is of accionamiento electroneumático, instrumented with electroválvula of double body of hygiene and of flows entrecruzados.
Also it carries pedal with connector for set up and barriers of hygiene. Everything is manufactured according to normative CE current.
The lubrificación is automatic, with recycling of oil, constituted by a temporizada that sends oil to pressesure, to all the organs in movement. In case of fault of level of oil, for the machine and lights a lamp in the electrical picture.
The pneumatics installation is endowed of tank of compensation, group of filter-regulatory-lubricador with a presostato of control and valve of hygiene.
The electrical installation is realised according to the current norms of prevention of accidents, is situated in a cupboard with tight closing, that finds situated in the side of the machine.
In the signpost are inscribed the different functions of the machine and the positions of work of the same, posicionables with selector of key extraíble.
In the frontal part of the presses finds situated the shot to two hands, with pulsador of unemployment of emergency and pulsador of on the dot unemployment died upper; like this the connector for the pedal.
