Carboneras Internacional - C-frame mechanical presses

The eccentric presses with neck of Matt swan JL 21-200 Soft Impact, commercialised by Carboneras International, incorporates the system of ralentización Soft Impact, that allows to the upper car ralentizar the approximation PMI keeping constant the nominal strength. Also it has the system of relaunching C-Link, whose main advantages, are the action of constant cutting; drastic reduction of stress and shocks on the troquel and cinematismo of the presses; considerable reduction of the audible broadcast; subdivision of the strength: torsion on the eccentric and flexión on upper supports. The structure monocuerpo is realised in sheet of steel, electrosoldado and stabilised. The design has been realised in a graphic simulation of PC, taking into account the conditions of work more desfavorables. By means of the disposal to 90° previous and back of the eight skate in bronze that glide on the temperate guides, obtains a perfect alineamiento in any point of the career. The car, realised in special smelting of steel, is endowed of vertical regulation by means of copy of reduction and screw sinfín.

The model JL 21-200 has a power of 2.600 kN, a nominal pressesure of 7 mm and a career regulable of 200 mm.
