| Association related to the desalination and reuse in Spain |
Presentación
AEDyR is an association that was created in 1998 following the success of the Congress of IDA held in Madrid, and aims to bring together all people, companies and groups related to desalination and reuse in Spain. It is those moments, and given the technological level and the references of our desalination, IDA, the international desalination Association, included among its members to AEDyR, in fact a few associations that are not regional but of a single country. Noteworthy is the role played in that moment the large engineering which, with a total contribution from some people, made the first steps.
The Board of Directors was composed of only 9 members, which went a little later to 11, while in 2007 increased to 15, given the growth in the number of partners. Once consolidated Association, already in the year 2003 begins a periodic renewal of the members of the Board of Directors every two years, and starts a new era in which new people introduced new ideas and tools, giving a very important twist to our association which is consolidated in a new registered office, new media and a much stronger national and international projection.
AEDyR aims to represent all, namely large engineering, small, services companies, components manufacturers, universities and research centres, public administrations, and to anyone wishing to be in contact with this group private.
