CEPE Develops a program to facilitate industrial ceiling to autonomous and micropymes

The model, called the ceiling Industrial protected (TIP), aims to facilitate access to industrial ceiling to the self-employed and micro, which nowadays do not find a ships offer adapted to your needs. Therefore arises as to energise the private development of industrial buildings through incentives by public administrations, such as partial subsidies of the cost of the public land, bonuses in local taxes or improvement of the urban conditions. In exchange for these benefits, the private sector will promote buildings that meet certain requirements: marketing through rental, sale or rent with option to purchase, prices lower than the market and reduced surfaces (micronaves).

As first experience of the TIP, ECE has been with the collaboration of the society for the development of Burgos (SODEBUR) and the municipalities of Valle de Mena and Valley Tobalina Burgos for the development of two pilot projects in two business areas located in two separate municipalities.
