Group Sprilur launches 2 new industrial areas in Álava-Araba during 2011

sprilur, S.A., integrated in the Spri group and attached to the Department of industry, innovation, trade and tourism of the Basque Government, It has promoted a total of 18 business areas to date in Álava-Araba. Management and promotion of these industrial estates are carried out, through direct management in 7 of them for part of Sprilur, S.A. and 11 others, through the societies Aiara Haraneko Industrialdea, S.A. and Lautadako IndustrialdeaS.A. in the historic territory of Alava.

For the year 2011 the anticipation of investment reaches the 13.2 million euros. Major projects in the is to act in the medium term are: Industrial area S1 UE1 of Santa Cruz de Campezo, whose gross surface is 150.428 m2, of which, 113.854 square metres will be allocated to urbanised plots for industrial use. On the other hand, the polygon have another plot of 6.069 m² of municipal transfer, where the location of the future firefighters Park managed by the Diputación Foral de Álava is projected. The works of urbanization will begin in the month of May and the investment planned for 2011 will be EUR 2.2 million.

In the field of Foronda, project VIAP-Vitoria Industrial Air Park has projected a gross area of 933.385 m² to 408.922 m² building. This strategic project has as main objective the development of an environment of Vitoria-Gasteiz as Industrial Park Airport, linked to the aeronautical sector, high level and characteristics of logístico-industrial park. Its location makes it attractive for industrial companies and related services with exporting vocation and need direct access to aviation services. VIAP has provided a total of 58 million euros investment until 2016. During the year 2011, EUR 8.5 million will go to the acquisition of land and beginning of the works of urbanization. On the other hand, have been earmarked around 2 million euros in the acquisition of land in the process of urbanization in the Arasur logistics platform.
