Incasòl offers more land for industrial activities

Companies interested in participating in the process of allocation of plots available databases on the web www.incasol.cat and may submit their bodies at the headquarters of the Icasòl until March 30, 2011.

The new business park has an area of 16 hectares and is located south of the town of Roda de Ter. The land comprising new polygon bordering to the South with the municipality of Les Masies of Roda and, to the North, the highway C-153 of Vic to Olot, the sector's main access.

The Marketing Plan of land for economic activities of the Incasòl includes two performances in this region, with a total of 3 hectares of land distributed in 8 parcels. It's the Les Cassasses of Vic and the Torelló Campaneria sectors. The actions included in this program have exceptional economic conditions within the new model flexible and models for the current needs of customers, with the desire to facilitate the introduction of new industries in the whole Catalan.

During the last edition of the Fira of Mostres of Amposta (Tarragona), held in early December, Incasòl presented its Plan of marketing for these lands along with the different actions the Institute sells. Among them, two sectors concentrated most of soil: the sector El Molló, Móra la Nova and Tivissa (Ribera d'Ebre, Tarragona), where they are sold more than 11 hectares of land; and southern Catalonia, between Tortosa and L' village (Baix Ebre, Tarragona), where about 16 hectares are marketed.

Also, the Incasòl has also initiated marketing, under rule of law of surface of 12 parcels of the new sector of the Molló, aimed at isolated large and medium-sized industry. The undertakings concerned to participate in the process of adjudicaicón of the parcels may have their bodies until February 1 of next year.

The new business park has an area of 36 hectares and is located south of the comarca of Ribera d'Ebre. It is accessible from the main roads, such as the C-44, the N-420 and the AP-7, and is located next to other roads of the rail network.

Remember that southern Catalonia, between Tortosa and L' village is a strategic sector for the development of economic and industrial activity in these regions. This performance is included in the new Plan of marketing of soil of economic activity and currently has 3 plots for isolated industry: one of 94.760 square meters, a second of 36.330 M2 and the smallest of 28.249.

The Marketing Plan

The new stock of floor Marketing Plan includes 6 performances in les Terres de l'Ebre totaling 25 hectares of land distributed in 37 plots.

He is Les plans of the Riu d' harness, the flat areas (phase II) from Gandesa, southern Catalonia, Tortosa and L' village, the Aubals starting from Móra la Nova, the ravine of Lledó, of Santa Barbara, and the road of the galley of the Sénia. The Secretary of Territorial Planning, Oriol Nel·lo, accompanied by the Mayor of Olvan, Judit racing, and the director of the Incasòl, Miquel Bonilla, held last November the first visit to the works of urbanization of the new sector of economic activity of this townthat began this summer. The performance represents an investment of EUR (without VAT) 5.38 million and expected that urbanization works completed during the first quarter of 2012.

The new sector of Olvan has an approximate total area of 53 acres, with potential to reach the 100 hectares. With this performance, the Government promotes the creation of a sector of regional scope of public initiative that provides soil at competitive prices and encourage industrial growth of the Berguedà and its area of influence, with a total investment estimated at 20.5 million euros.

In fact, this action responds to the need to promote and implement a new sector of economic and industrial activity in the Berguedà. The aim is to meet the potential demand of urbanized land for these purposes in the area and thus resolve the lack of supply in the region as a whole.

The grounds are near the exit Gironella North axis of the Llobregat (C-16), axis E9 European communication between Barcelona and Toulouse Llenguadoc, with the road at the foot of the new connection Vic-Gironella (C-154).

The new estate will spend approximately 280,000 square meters of land for economic and industrial activities, with 180.412 of aren't roof and 250.510 square meters intended for public use (roads, open space and equipment).

Under way the sale of plots of the DeltaBCN

On the other hand, Incasòl put also on sale 4 plots of the sector DeltaBCN Aerospace Park and of the Mobility of Viladecans, in the Baix Llobregat (Barcelona) to finals of year. The plots have a surface that goes of the 3.600 to the 6.000 square metres and is allocated to isolated industry. They offer in available diet or right of surface. The price of the concurrence in available diet has fixed in 450 euros/m² of ceiling.
