The Junta de Andalucía promotes more than 630 has 29 industrial parks

With this set of initiatives, the Junta de Andalucía is intended to promote the economic development of the regions where they are located, as well as to respond to the demands of the local business sector in those areas where it does not arrive or is inadequate both municipal and private initiative. In these proceedings, the Ministry of public works and housing, through the public enterprise of soil (EPSA) acts as a public advocate, locating and acquiring through the industrial land, for its further development and commercialization of plots to the private sector. Most of these new sites are intended to accommodate a wide range of economic activities related to logistics, industrial production, food industry and the construction sector.
These developments joined in all provinces other 19 productive initiatives in project phase, which will allow put medium term (s) available to the business area 426 hectares. These production areas are located, among other municipalities, in Adra (Almería), Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz), the capital of Cordoba, Motril or Lanjarón (Granada), Palma del Condado and Encinasola (Jaén), the jienense capital, Cazorla or Mancha Real, Ardales (Málaga) and Écija (Seville). On the other hand, the Junta de Andalucía has recently completed in the jienense town of Torredonjimeno and in the small town of Adamud two new areas, contributing to corporate use of 75,000 square metres.
